At DRYFRUIT CO, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our premium quality dry fruits. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:
✅ The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✅ The product received is different from what was ordered.
✅ The package is tampered with or missing items.

Returns are NOT accepted for:
❌ Change of mind or personal dislike of the product.
❌ Opened, used, or tampered with products.
❌ Improper storage leads to product damage (e.g., exposure to moisture, heat, or pests).


2. Return Request Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Email us at support@dryfruit.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Provide your order number, product details, and images of the issue (damaged, wrong, or defective item).
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

If your return is approved:
📦 We will arrange for return shipping or provide instructions for return.
📌 The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all labels intact.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.

💳 Refund Method:

  • If paid via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If paid via cash on delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.
  • Bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • To request cancellation, email support@dryfruit.co with your order details.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct product exchanges.
  • If you need a replacement, please follow the return process, and we will issue a refund so you can place a new order.
